Loctite Rust Remedy Fast Acting Rust Converter
	INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 1) Remove all loose rust, old paint and mask area off before treating the surface. This can be done with a wire brush, emery cloth or other suitable abrasive. 2) Shake bottle well and pour a small quantity into a non-metallic container. Do not use a metal container as Rust Remedy will start to react. 3) Apply a uniform coat of Loctite Rust Remedy to the metal surface. Where there is deep pitting, work the liquid well into the metal. If pin holes exist in the metal, both sides will need to be treated to prevent rust re-occurring. 4) The treated area will turn matt black after about 15 minutes. Any areas which do not turn black should be retreated. When no top coat such as paint or filler is being applied it is always advisable to apply a second coat of Loctite Rust Remedy within 10 minutes of first coat. Low temperatures may delay rust conversion. 5) Once the coated surface is dry (approximately 15 minutes under normal conditions) key the surface for filling or painting by sanding with fine abrasive paper. 6) Fill or paint 24 hours after application. AFTER USE Wash brushes with water immediately after use. Do not return any unused product into original container. Keep out of reach of children.
